The Berlebach Tripod Report 172 is a highly transportable tripod for astronomical mounts

The mounting insert 7 of the tripod is suitable for all Vixen GP or Skywatcher EQ5 mounts and similar. We offer adapters for many other mounts and you can use the Report as a phototripod.

The new modular Report Tripod system

The light magnesium mounting head serves as module basis for 10 different inserts. The module insert can be changed at all times using a special wrench (included in the delivery of the changing module). The fixation in the cone ensures a positive-locking, clearance-free connection of the components.

Spread stopper for Berlebach tripods:

The spread stopper ist the better solution for astro tripods, compared to chains or detents. It offers a more comfortable set-up and a higher stability. Furthermore, the leg lock guarantees:

♦ Rapid and equal leg spread
♦ 100% secure assembly at all times:legs cannot slip away
♦ faster assembly, the deposit tray is fixed by only one screw
♦ legs are spread in an optimized angle of 23°
