Vixen style dovetail at the base allows for easy attaching to the mount or parallel to the telescope with a Losmandy style saddle plate
The sliding mounting ring has an inner diameter of 90 mm and accepts telephoto lenses or small telescopes of 50 mm to 85 mm diameter
Camera and lens are independently attached to the dovetail bar, increasing stability for long exposures

TS-Optics Holder for cameras with heavy telephoto lenses
With this camera holder, you can attach DSLR cameras with longer telephoto lenses or small telescopes quick and safely to a mount. The holder also works with CCD cameras which have a photo thread.

The adjustable tube ring with an internal diameter of 90 mm can be individually matched to your telephoto lens by three knurled screws. The distance from camera to ring is also adjustable. With this, you set a very stable adaption of the camera without bending - the optimal base for long time exposures.

The Vixen style dovetail bar can also be removed. You can use a Losmandy style dovetail instead of the bar or mount the holder directly to your telescope for piggyback photography.
